Features
Stripper Unit receives
the hot baked product from the Oven and delivers it to the
Oil Spray Machine or the Cooling conveyor. This machine is
installed immediately after the baking oven, The rejected
biscuits are also lifted at this unit only. This unit is fitted
with cotton canvas web suitable to the plant width. The web
is driven by twin roll “S" drive of 165mm in dia. The
drive to these rolls is from the drum of the baking oven via
a chain drive.
