There is no dust during distilling chilies in the centrifugal reel sieving. In the part-I of the machine soil get separated from the chilies; in the second part seeds from the chilies get separated. And in the third part big pebbles gets separated and chilies continuously come out from the machine. There is ball bearing of Japan type pillow block and heavy housing of heavy duty double ball. Hooper fixed is of big size which is capable of 1-3 sacks in single TURN/ Batch. Fitting and repairing information is provided along with machines. Machines are supplied after full trials. Machines can be run without foundation because attachment has been set with the machine.
