In our Pulverisers there is no jaali/net/gauge in these machines. Due to circulation of air blower sucks automatically the powder form material and filled into cyclone tank. In big factories wastage Zink, aluminum, Brass, gun metal from casting furnaces are crushed, powdered etc. No dust flies during metal crushing from our machines. From the Part-1 of the machine metal gets separated. There is not need in furnace for (metal) melting, sieving. Only dust goes into the dust collector from the cyclone tank of the part-1 of the machine. Even small / single part of metal does not go into the powder. Due to the new design of the dust collector very fine particles of dust could not dispersed in the air (atmosphere) and is not harmful for the health of workers and technicians etc. Rice can crush / powdered in a single shift for making custard etc. Motor-pulley, motor rail, cloth bags, bags, dust collector are provided with our all machines. According to your requirement Pulverisers of big size can also be manufactured on order other than given in chart. Baisen, Rice, Chemicals, Dolomite and Lime-Stone etc. can also be grinded with some modifications in the machines.
